Chapter #2

Go to the principal's office.

You head straight to the office.

"Susan." The receptionist greets you. "They are waiting for you in Mr Thompson's office."

"They?" You ask. "Who's waiting for me?"

"I don't know." She says. "Just get in there."

You nervously open the door.

The principal, Mr Thompson is seated at his desk.

Four men in suits are positioned in the corners of the room and a woman is seated with her back to you.

One of the men whispers something into his wrist as you enter.

"Um." You start. "Hello."

"Susan." The woman turns and stands. "It's so good to finally meet you."

"Who are you?" You ask.

"This is Queen Charlotte of Calonia." Mr Thompson introduces the woman. "She has something to discuss with you. I'll give you some privacy."

With that he leaves. The woman signals to the four suited men and they follow the principal out of the room.

"Calonia?" You ask. "I've never heard of it."

"It is a very small country in Europe." she explains. "We don't get noticed much by the rest of the world."

"And you flew here to see me?" You ask. "Why?"

"After me, you are the next in line for the throne." she says simply.

"If I was a princess I think I'd know it." You argue.

"Your father was my cousin." She explains. "As I am unable to bear children and you are my closest living relative, you will be our next queen."

"Wow." Is all you can say.

"Come" she tells you. "Let us collect your belongings."

"We're going now?" You ask. "To Calonia?"

"Yes." She says, leading you from the room. "Come along."

You have the following choices:

1. Ask if you can tell Janet

2. Follow Queen Charlotte
