Chapter #1

Who are you?

    by: scritorio
Who will you be?

William Ogleby, the college freshman -- William is a short boy who went to college as a communications major, much to the chagrin of his family. His courseload is light and he's got a lot of time to exercise, or eat. He has grey-blue eyes often covered up by his mop of blonde hair, is 5'6" and currently 150 lbs and a fair amount of muscle. He goes to a medium size private college on the east coast, pretty far from his home in Michigan. He never came out at home but doesn't know anybody at the new university, which will allow him to reinvent himself a little, and quickly change as he meets his roommate and the other guys of the dorm.

Ken Pointer, the Young Professional -- Ken graduated from college a year ago and has since gotten a cushy job at an office. He keeps a full schedule but the work doesn't fulfill him, and he's been looking for something more. Ken is 6'4", has short-cropped brown hair and green eyes, and currently 200 lbs. Ken wasn't a varsity athlete, but he did keep up with a lot of intramurals and an exercise program in college. The intramurals gone and unable to afford a gym membership, Kyle has seen his abs disappear in the past year and added about 15 lbs to his once sleek and muscular frame. He lives with four other guys (three gay, one straight) whose eating and partying habits don't help the situation.

Steve Klinger, the ex-jock -- Steve woke up one morning and wasn't really sure where his body went. In high school and college, he had been a wonderful athlete, or at least looked the part, as though he was a Roman statue come to life. Now 35, Steve's body has gone through some major changes. He is 6'2", has black hair and brown eyes and currently weighs 260 lbs. He has no intentions of gaining any more, but his partner might have something to say about that, and something to do with how he got to 260 in the first place.

Peter Leonard, the big-time gainer -- Peter is a guy with only a few big goals, and those include gaining weight and living life on his terms. A day trader several years ago, Peter ended up with the kind of money that means you never have to work again, and he decided not to. Now he travels and eats and spends as he wishes. Peter doesn't have a partner, but instead tends to pick up a posse of young guys and take them with him on his wild rides, usually causing them to gain weight themselves, whether they like it or not. Peter has red hair, green eyes and currently weighs 400 lbs.

Johnny Underman, the small kid in a big family -- If Johnny's parents didn't know better and for certain, they'd swear he was adopted. A short kid (5' 7") from tall parents, red hair from black and brown, and blue eyes from green and black, Johnny looks like he was born to somebody else. If his height hair and eyes weren't enough, his weight is the final convincer. Despite his family's constant supply of fatty foods and buffets, and Johnny's own significant eating habits, he's never been able to break 150 lbs. His father is 320, his mother 280, and his older bother 260. Some quirk has always made Johnny skinny. He's not really sure at this stage in life whether that's good or bad. He's 17, he's come out to his parents, and they're fine with it.

You have the following choices:

1. William Ogleby

2. Ken Pointer

3. Steve Klinger

4. Peter Leonard

5. Johnny Underman
