This story is about you and your twin sister Sally, who has an affinity for rapid genetic mutation.

She is an otherwise normal girl but recently, things started going crazy, for her body begins to undergo extreme and rapid changes as she starts to mutate in different (mostly sexual and non grotesque) ways.

- The focus should stay on Sally's changes and how she's starting to ruin your life, due to her unsatable growing libido and assets.

- You can change and grow too, but the general focus should still be on Sally, as her mutations are much stronger and faster.

- Everything is allowed, except Sally turning to monstrous or grotesque.
