It's up to the younger Sonic characters to save Mobius from an old enemy. Can they do it?

This is an interactive story. Each chapter tells part of the story and often ends with multiple choices. Make a choice and move to the next chapter in your story. When you reach a chapter that hasn't been written yet, don't be shy... make an addition!
The creator of this Interactive Story provides this information and guidance:
I am the vessel to a fire burning bright,
but my tears have release the demon I cannot fight.
My brother has returned, as we are linked, so have I,
But this time, I vow that I will fight on the heroes' side!
I am polite, sweet, and cheerful. I never break the rules,
But when pulled into adventure, what shall I do?
I'd like to think I am a hero, but is it a lie,
when we accept work from anywhere, is money not our true desire?
I have always been by my hero's side, aiding on his quest,
but now I have the spotlight, am I up to the test?
United we stand, but divided we fall,
can we save time, or will we condemn us all?..

Light, Dark, Gray, Transparent. They are all needed. They are alone. And together, they can defeat the Flame.

Rules:
Try to be original when adding chapters, and do your best to keep everyone in-character. Don't do any sort of sexual scenes beyond implying, especially not with younger character..Beyond that, I request that you merely keep things reasonable, as well as keep the Four as their proper characters, unless you feel that you simply cannot refrain from your super awesome kawaii desu character being the Light instead of Cream or whatever.
For reference, the Four are: Cream(Light), Mephiles(Dark), Charmy(Gray), and Tails(Transparent).
