Fey live alongside and are close allies of elves. An elusive and mysterious race of ethereal, child-like beings, they act seemingly without motive or logic. Have an innate talent for warping the laws of time, and a mischievous bent in using it. Those who tangle with the Fey by straying into their forests or tampering with fey artifacts may find themselves aged into withered husks, reduced to helpless infants, or cast backwards or forwards in time.

As such, their artifacts and influence is as desired by the old and dying as it is feared by the youthful.
