The Ultimate Jutsu

*Takes place after Shippuden*

The sky over Konohagakure briefly flashed before returning to normal. Since there was no crash of thunder after the flash, Tsunade ordered all shinobi to search the village for any sign of infiltration. After a while, a shinobi found a scroll, which said the following:

"Congratulations! You have uncovered the ultimate jutsu! With this jutsu, you can make any change in your life you want! Get the girl or boy of your dreams, get revenge on those who've wronged you, make someone live a completely different life; the possibilities are limited only by your imagination! Just allow one hour for reality to adjust to the alteration you've made and you can use this jutsu to get anything you desire!"

The shinobi thought, "Hm...seems interesting; I wonder if it even works, though."
