Doctor Octopus: Doctor Otto Octavious, scientific genius and Mad with Power.

Venom: Edward "Eddie" Brock, who blames Spider-Man for his failure as a reporter.

Vulture: Adrian Toomes. Proof that villainy is not just for the young.
