You may use first or third person perspective, but if you plan to switch the perspective between chapters, please highlight your intent to do this.

For example:

Jack decides to barricade the windows (switch to first person)
Jack decides to get in the car and abandon the house completely (don't designate this with a perspective if it was already in third person and you intended it to stay this way)

Other than that, I may edit chapters as simple house cleaning for grammar and what not, but the general content is all yours!
