Did Lisa come up with it on her own or did Bart help her?

(a) no Bart didn't help her, since she was able to tackle Milhouse to the ground and tickle him on his way to the bathroom.
(b) Lisa had a little help from Bart.
(c) Lisa tricked Milhouse into coming over saying that she finally wants to start dating him, but can Bart keep his mouth shut about the real reason lisa invited Milhouse over or does he say it in front of Milhouse and Lisa.
