Accepted forms of growth include:
Weight gain (Other means custom but notify me for what type so I can add it to the list) only weight gain caused by food or other normal means, Inflation and Vore have alternate forms of weight gain tied to them.
Inflation (any kind) can include weight gain but only if it caused by the substance that the guy inflated with to be stored as fat, if used in a story which is listed as weight gain and inflation the weight gain can be from either food or from the inflation substance.
Vore (all types including unbirth (if you wanna include it as a type of vore (it would be a type of anal vore in this cause) Vore stories can contain weight gain even if it just lists it as a Vore story but the weight gain has to be strictly caused by vore.
Mpreg (child birth isn't necessary (other means a custom cause just message me so i can add it to the list)
Height (only growth no losing height)
Custom (you get to choose but message before hand so I can add it to this list)

Allowed beyond growth include:
Sex
BDSM
Characters from Video Games or other media, doesn't have to be made up characters, in these cases regardless of the main focus of growth the other causes of growth can be added. But regarding made up characters then you have to stick to the main focus of growth.
You are allowed to insert yourself into stories as a minor character, or a important yet minor character, just don't include yourself in any growth regardless of your gender. Though male authors who have inserted themselves can participate in sex as long as you leave out details like your cock size so that info remains private, even if you are fine with revealing it, its best to keep it confidential. Also when inserting yourself it doesn't have to be like an exact copy, like you can insert yourself while also making stuff up to make yourself sound cooler or to fit yourself into the story.
No limit

Not allowed are:
No female expansion or nudity or as prey but they can appear as people in stories
No death (vore can include digestion but it isn't to permanently kill the prey meaning the prey can regenerate a day or so later)
No permanent popping

Regarding how many chapters you can make at one time:
You are allowed to make as many chapters as you want, until you decide to stop, even if you are continuing the story you started.
