The creator of this Interactive Story provides this information and guidance:
This a companion to "Animals to Anthro Characters .

In this interactive story, you play an animal character from a work of fiction that turns into an anthropomorphic version of themselves. You can decide the cause of the transformation, if there are other animals transforming and whether or not reality is changing to fit their new anthro forms.

A few rules:
1. Only use animals. No humans.
2. No transforming into another species. A dog will turn into an anthro dog, not an anthro wolf.
3. The animal character must come from a work of fiction where the animals more or less live like their real-life counterparts.
4. By anthro, I mean an animal that is at least bipedal, has opposable digits, and wears clothes. Snake and other limbless characters gain arms.
5. No sexual content or gore.
6. No TG, inflation, latex, etc.
7. An anthro can only remain in their previous animal size or grow/shrink to human size.
