You are Sal, and everyday man working for an extermination company named 'Little Exterminators'. It's a relatively new company so it's not widely known about yet, though most people like the fun name.
What they don't know is just how true that name is, when the van shows up, it will shrink down to the same size as the pests and using radars will track them down, this way they can confirm that they've gotten every single one out of a person's home.
On paper this should be pretty easy and provide safety from the denizen's of the home, since they should have read the website and know how the company does it's job. Unfortunately not everyone does, or the children or pets in the house don't understand.
