The leader of the Phantom Thieves is growing some muscles! How should this happen

1. All his training has started to catch up with him! Our protagonist is naturally buff

2. The protagonist partner has a thing for bigger guys. He's started to work out to try and please them

3. An enemy in mementos hit him with a strange status effect. Hes starts to grow muscles and change in other ways

4. An enemy in a specific Palace changes the protagonist using their cognition of him
