The turtles find a massive supply of mutagen. When they absorb it they become bigger then New York city at the smallest!!
There is no limit to how big they get!! Between them, there should be some size difference though.

Rules:
1. I, myself like my headcanon that they can remove their shells when at home. So they will be Shell-less for the entire story.
2. Sexy stuff between Turtles is 100 percent approved! They are gay, and in love with eachother.
3. No limits to how big they get. They can be a universe each if you like...
4. Under their shells the Turtles look mostly human, and have humanoid junk complete with pubes. I don't like animal genitallia.
5. No minors reading this. If you are under 18, scram.
