You live in a world where you have to obey certain rules at all times. If those rules are broken then you are shrunk and sent to a random family who will eventually dispose of you.
The world has curfews for different ages as to when they have to be at home, people are allowed to go to work, school and socialise.
To monitor this every person in the city wears a tag and if they break any of the rules laid down by the city ruler, then they are captured taken to a centre and then shrunk to be sent to a random family.
Once they are sent to a family, then they will be disposed of by one of the family members before the end of the week
The family could make them part of their diet by eating them with their breakfast, lunch or evening meal or simply swallow them whole as a snack. Feed them to their pets, crush them or squash them under a part of their body. Whichever method they wish. Once the person has been disposed of then the family member has to record how they disposed of them on a electronic record so that the population figures are correct.
