The creator of this Interactive Story provides this information and guidance:
Set in the kissxsis anime/manga with the same characters but slightly altered the personality of some of the characters mainly being NO INCEST. Please keep the story focused around Miharu and her daily life dealing with IBS, in which she uses special diapers that are specially made with extra padding and outer layer of stretchy latex like material and to the average person would just look like a pair of bike shorts/spats and they can handle “everything” she can pack in to them. Other characters can be included for the purpose of being on the receiving end of Miharu’s IBS or to help change her. Only Miharu or other female characters can be put into diapers. Miharu has come to terms with her IBS/diapers and has quite the fetish for messing/wetting them (similar to the peeing in the anime/manga) and has learned the best ways to hide it from others (her family knows). Other notes, no EXTREME hyper messing like house or planet sized try to still be slightly realistic, sex or sexual themes are aloud but try to keep it centered around miharus fetishes (she’s still perverted like in the manga) lastly no humiliation Miharu or anyone else that’s not what this story is for
