While going home from a trip a single mother Jennifer McDonald and her family get into a car accident. Both the mother and the 3 year old daughter Jessica are alright. The 4 year old year son Richard body is badly damaged that the doctors have no choice but to transplant conclusions and brain into a body of a beautiful young adult woman. Now the McDonalds has to deal with and help the Richard with his new life as Jennifer new older daughter and Jessica new big sister. Richard is about to learn and understand lot about being a woman with his mom and sister help and is going to create a very special bond with them.
