You can be whoever and whatever you want - as long as you have superpowers and use them for good.
Of course, that doesn't mean you have to *only* do good. You can try out and play around with your powers, play tricks on friends or foes, be clumsy, use your powers to your advantage - all is fine as long as people are not seriously hurt and you do not turn into a villain.
You can have as many powers as you want - the more the better! Preferably, acquire them gradually, instead of starting out all-powerful.

Want to be a teen-turned-Earth's-protector? Go ahead! Want to be an alien with superpowers stranded on Earth? Excellent!
