Chapter #2

Nate

Nate's a slender blond guy with dreamy blue eyes.
At the moment he is dressed in shorts, a tee shirt
and a pair of sandals.

From the tiles on the bathroom floor, shrunken
Mike stares up at the godlike figure. He trembles
in the presence of the giant, who looks more than
400 feet tall.

His sandals flop down, producing a concussion of
air that rocks into you at high velocity. You're
tossed several inches across the tiles. Stunned,
you must get back on your feet. You gaze up to see
that Nate is brushing his teeth.

You scurry across the floor, approaching the
giant. As you draw closer, you notice that the
sole of his sandals is taller than you! Although
you're terrified of his enormity, you force
yourself to draw closer. Maybe, you think, a climb
onto the sandal will allow you to gain Nate's
attention. You've got to face the hard reality
that, without help from a giant, you're not likely
to find a way to be restored to normal size.

You run to the edge of a sandal and lift yourself
onto the solid platform. Nate's toes, even the
smallest, dwarf your tiny body.

Taking a deep breath for courage only treats you
to the strong smell of Nate's feet, amplified many
times stronger due to your much smaller size.
Ignoring the smell, you decide to beat on the
closest toe, hoping that will attract Nate's
attention.

You pound on the toe, hardly making a dent in the
rough skin. "Nate! Help! It's Mike...Sam's
brother. I've shrunk, man! Help!"

You have the following choices:

1. Nate begins to move before you gain his attention

2. Nate feels an annoying bug

3. Nate feels and notices you at his toe
