I enjoy reviewing items written for contest, and reviewing is important, I enjoy doing this, and I want to learn as much as possible, so this is a must read for me.  FIRST IMPRESSIONS Now that we have been face to face through your writing and my reading, I can honestly say thank you the time for us to visit. You invested much time and effort into your writing.  I LIKE What and why: I really got to know you through your writing voice, what you wrote, and how you expressed yourself about reviewing and your WdC history. Reading your story about how you started reviewing and why you enjoy reviewing was more like listening to you explain your experiences. The details about why, how, and what you included in your reviews was very helpful because you mentioned things I hadn't thought of and would like to include in my reviews so that they are improved and better for me and the writer. I believe and have no doubt that you review to help the writer and as you read and review you work to improve your reading and writing skills so that you can be a better reviewer. tHIS SHOWS THROUGH YOUR WRITING AND i'M GLAD TO KNOW THAT WHEN YOU REVIEW FOR ANYONE IT WILL BE THE VERY BEST POSSIBLE REVIEW. And, I hope sometime when you are able that you would visit my port; you are welcome anytime. plot: This is a very good thorough indepth plot about you, WdC history and experience you've had, reviewing and how you review, and your philosophy about WdC activities and reviewing. I agree with you reviewing is a very valuable activity and very helpful to the writer when you take the time to a good thorough review for them to your very best ability. Rhythm: Presenting your thoughts and explaining how you found and got involved with WdC, why and how you review, and the other special events in your WdC home life in a honest this is the real me manner is showing your courage and wisdom. Many people hide behind a persona which masks who they really are, what they actually think and believe, and try to hide other things rather then reach out honestly to someone and become friends. You fear not and are willing to show who you really are and what is important to you through your word art. This is valuable to me and I have enjoyed getting to know you. I was more focused on you and what matters to you than being aware of the act of reading. Reading your words was a relaxing and smooth experience of moving from event to event and being totally involved in the scenes. Your tone was a matter of fact friendly writing voice which invited me into your world and I was glad to join you.  OBSERVATION(S) You have a friendly, inviting writing voice and style which makes me feel at home and welcome.  QUESTION(S) Do you know that WdC members pay for the reviews by SAJ members? These reviews can also be gifted to members from members. Are you aware that SAJ has a review board which is extremely active and often there are so many review requests that we have to work extra hard and invest more time to give quality reviews and clear the orders in a timely manner? SAJ is awesome! Have you considered writing an update about your reviewing and details of your experiences as a reviewer and as a review recipient? How and why did you know you were instantly home when you found WdC?  SUGGESTIONS AND COMMENTS: Hopefully you will continue to totally and honestly be you. I've been fortunate because I havn't been effected by events and circumstances which may have caused me to change who I am and how I present myself. I like the what you see is what you get idea. I'm glad to know you and that you are the same inside and out. My thoughts and ideas which may be of interest to you: I started out reading different stories and couldn’t stop. I began to pace myself and started to write small paragraphs to let the author know what I liked best about their stories. Reading different stories, when I started my activities on WdC, and found I couldn’t stop caused me to pace myself. also, I started to write small paragraphs to let the author know what I liked best about their stories. I know and believe that without changing you, your writing voice, and how you interact with words and share your thoughts with readers that changing some of the words and rearranging some of the words would make this writing awesome and show more of the real you and what you believe in and care about. Showing a story rather than telling a story gets the reader more involved as if they were inside the events and experiencing them for him or herself. I rewrote the sentences because I wanted to help you think of different ways that you could engage the reader in the story rather than tell the story. Having the reader experience actions, emotions, thoughts, and other events and feelings is like seeing a movie in your or my head and it is also like I/the reader is in the movie.  CONCLUSION(S) You bring life to your writing and can show the reader all the details of your story and the actions and experiences. Write with might for readers delight. My thoughts and Impressions: Finding your writing about reviewing and how you got involved with WdC was like finding valuable treasure. You gave me some ideas like the beginning hook and telling the writer how this brought me into the writing and gave me a reason to read and review for them. I had hope for finding treasure with in your writing which would help me be a better reviewer. my discovery was of finding a friend, a writer who is bold and able to share many aspects of their experience without hiding behind a safe group of words and who doesn't mind when readers really know who you are and what you believe. Your style is much like having a conversation with someone, yet you are using words to create your word art. There is a special spirit about you and your writing which I sense and can not explain. Reading and reviewing for you has been an enjoyable experience which I was glad to invest time in for both of us. I hope you continue to share your word art and review.
