Hi
this free style poem mirrors your dismay and disillusion of corporate life in America. Corporate life is the same anywhere. People are too practical and too money-minded. It is a different kind of jungle with wild beasts disguised as polite human beings. It is just the veneer and nothing deep.
Your imagery-
you have used metaphors to bring the corporate life alive in the reader's imagination. Cruelty and cold heart are the aspects revealed in lines such as "beasts encountered as friend, but are hidden foe,"
Good fellowship is just the thing of the distant past.
Flow-
Flow is good because it springs from the depiction of a real life situation. Experience and pain at being the receiving end are evident.

As far as resurrection of older values are concerned, i would say the darkened path dotted with artificiality is a result of man's greed and selfishness.
