First Impression :
a little bondage and treats means the girl is tied up with ice cream on hand, which is a cold alternative when it's -10F here.

This romantica piece is explicit but lacks conflict. He tries to surprise her and does nothing that changes either of them throughout the story. They get their night and their treat, and they go back to life as it is without any risk of being found somehow.

Ways to add conflict: Put in something about how hard it was, how they almost got caught, how they had to answer some questions about that. Just something to drag them together. Good luck.

Additional Comments :
Considering the size of the village, how is it they can rent room at a hotel and not be caught? And be missed all night?

Why not a word to go with the bondage theme? Something that would stop it in case it was too much for her as a measure of respect?
