This short poem is a wonderful example of a Cinquain that ably demonstrates how much can be conveyed in a few well-chosen words. I love the central image of the poem. It's uplifting and inspirational. It also reminded me of the title of a Metallica album, 'Ride The Lightening'. I like how you foreshadow the lightening with the word flashing. I was drawn to this poem by its title as I'm writing a novel that features angels. I was not disappointed and very much enjoyed this example of your work.
