What does hoovsie think about while perusing your item?

*Cool**Idea* I was wondering about that Eligible book. I bought it, too, but haven't read it yet. It sounds rather sordid from your review, but I will give it a try. I guess all kinds are inspired by her writing. They sure had it displayed prominently at my local Barnes and Noble to buy!

What does hooves moo and applaud about while reading your item?

*Thumbsup*That was sad to learn about Northanger Abbey and how she had to fight with a powerful publisher over her own work.

My friend, Joanne, and I were commenting on how we still love Jane Austen so long after her life. There aren't many authors who are so admired so long after their time. She is unique in that sense and all these books and movies are inspired by her. I wish there were some way to tell her about that to the great beyond.
