Did I feel attached to the story or poem?

It's a very sentimental poem written about someone very special to you. I love your strong emotion for Lily. It's a beautiful remembrance of someone that you were happy to cross paths with. We all deserve to meet someone like that, whether they be a lover or not.


Would I recommend this piece of writing to someone else?

It's light and optimistic. We all could use uplifting pieces like this one.

Was there a clear purpose to it?

Lily is or was a lucky woman to have inspired such words. I don't know if it's still accurate as the date of this was 2008, but it's a sweet moment in time nonetheless. This piece is a great way to give back to someone who gives or gave so much to you.


Glows:

I like the rhythmic nature of the poem. It has such a sweet melody to it and flows freely. My favorite verse was crossing paths in a moment in time. That seems to be a theme throughout my reviews today. Sometimes, the most random encounters are the ones that end up meaning the most to us. Here's to spontaneous moments!


Grows:

I would add commas where you want the reader to pause. It helps me stay on the right track when I'm reading it.
