I was searching for something to review from your portfolio for the WDC Game of Thrones when this caught my attention in your poetry folder for young people at heart and I knew I had to peek in and see. I chose this poem to read and review because of the interesting title that gave the reader the impression that it might be about adventure, thrill, funny. The title was quite unusual as I wanted to know what kind of earrings did pennies make and how did the kid come across that idea.

My first impression of your work was ==> *Rolling* Hah! Girl, you have quite an imaginative and creative, wild side in your brain! I didn't expect the poem to be what it was and the reader was in for a surprise for sure. Your poem felt like one of the small rhyming poems the kids learn in kindergarten and nursery that are simply for fun and entertainment. It felt like a song, the rhythm was very good and I could imagine myself composing a tune for it! *Laugh* The idea of the girl trying to be a lady and a grown up person and how she tried her mother's thing was funny! I wondered why she thought putting earrings would be bad. But nevertheless, I loved the idea of how she glued the pennies to her ears! I hope they got off her ears without any pain or something bad *Wink*.
