Hello, Winnie Kay ! I am Aqua and the following are only my personal opinions. Ultimately, you and only you can decide what works best for your item.


I was searching for something to review from your portfolio for the WDC Game of Thrones when this particular story caught my attention as I wanted to know what it was about. The title of your work was very intriguing as it gave away nothing to the reader and the reader wondered who Rachael and Sachael might be and what kind of a story you have here. Another reason why the reader was captivated by the title of your story was the perfect way it rhymed. The short description gave impression of hope and moving forward and I wanted to know what kind of hope was Rachael or Sachael looking for.

You have quite an interesting story here. The author's note you had added at the bottom of your work was very helpful because I had no idea who Sachael was and what the pelican represented. I like reading about the angels and the fantasy element and the angel of water was unknown to me. Well done! You used the concept quite cleverly in the story. The beginning of your work was good, the reader wondered why Rachael was at the beach and who was this mysterious beauty that seemed to calm her. Throughout your story, you made the reader feel secure, safe and comfortable, calm with Sachael's character, almost as if I am Rachael. It was sad to see that Rachael was grieving for the loss of her husband but it was nice, hopeful for the reader to know that she felt him around because it really is true. One we love becomes a part of us and remain with us till we die.

The flow of your story was good, there was no interruption. Although it's a short story but full of emotions and positive messages. Oh and I am sorry for not replying to your messages about my reviews, I have been busy with GoT but as soon as it ends, I'll get back to them. Thank you!
