The only suggestion I have outside of the poem is this: on your Ice Cream Social forum, you stated "Rate my poem for a free guess!". While I prefer review-only, this might imply that not only is the item rateable, but has unrestricted rating. Changing the wording to "Rate Review my poem for a free guess!" will clear that right up. *Thumbsupl*


A few things I noticed as a reader:

What an adorable tribute to Writing.Com! It's interesting that you have a birthday on September 1st—my live-in bro-in-law has the same birthday, and it's getting about time to work on that cheesecake he likes so much for his Birthday Cake. Should I save a slice for you? *Wink*

Reading it aloud, the flow is good and the rhyming is solid, and I really like that you posted your friend's poem, too (which has an interesting shape). I hope you have a happy birthday, and I'll see you around the festivities! *ConfettiO* *PartyHatR* *Cake3* *Confettig*
