This is your local Simply Positive Reviewer, here! Your writing has been selected for review, as part of Simply Positive's mission to bring more light on Authors here at WDC!

First Impressions: "The Infinite Journey is a poem that is built upon numerous truths. Self evident truth seen perhaps innocently enough, but...however...I may take license to inform you that beneath that upmost layer of truth resounding this a darker, more resonant series of truths beneath it.

"The Infinite Journey" is one that made much sense to this reader the third and fourth time I read it: granted, it is more than just about a child's perspective: its about trying to get the READER to attain that child-like perspective and throws its full weight behind the utter realization that we, the older generations, have thrown away for our kids the ONE inheritance that means all things....

Mother Earth.

Let us make no mistake about the seriousness that lies beneath the water that flows from a brook between a child's toes; in fact, the author writes with such clarity it will feel like the water flows through your toes as well!

Such is the beauty of her talent for writing poems such as this.... *Bigsmile*

Overall Impact: We must answer some day for the harm we have brought to our home: our worldly home comprised of earth, water and skies above. And all things in between. This poem had special impact in that it masks for us - if we choose to read carelessly - the very impacts the author wants for us to fully experience.

We see then, for once and for all, that this poem is about the greatest of truths as far as our world is concerned.

Do we, as older persons now, crouch like children do, beneath breezes above us, breezes filled with toxins that permeate our breathing space, our very air?

Errors: Did not spot any obvious errors at this point.

Summation: A very lightly-prosed poem, written almost with that clear touch of innocence that would escape the eye of a less discerning reader. It is about the fact that this human race is in dire need of understanding that our home is suspect, and will turn tables upon homo sapiens should man and womankind not realize that our living quarters are in dire jeopardy should we continue to pollute nature in the manner in which we continue to do so.

THAT is the message, I think, of this very decent poem!!

KEEP WRITING!!!!!!!!!!

Once again, thank you for providing me the opportunity to read and review for Simply Positive; this also has been written in affiliation with
