Congratulations on your January win of the Dialogue contest with this piece!

Dialogue only stories are new to me.

I think you did a great job of making the dialogue realistic (both the internal and the external).

Your story kept my attention the whole way through.

I loved the ending and could feel the emotion even though there was no "showing" as in a regular story.

My favorite line was the last "“My letter of resignation!”" It made me smile.

I love it when stories leave me with a smile.
