Joy And Laughter I'm usually ready for some laughter, so needed to investigate your word art.
Description:
The effects of joy and laughter This should be very interesting, need to start reading.

What and why:
This certainly is enough to put a smile on my face or any one else also.
The happy and hopeful tone of your poem is very up lifting. I enjoyed reading and liked the entire poem package.

plot:
We all have choices and this word art points this out very well. Laughter is more of a choice and something we should seek to find so our days on this earth are joyful and we have a light heart rather than giving into the opposite side of negative feelings and responses.

Rhythm:
I did not have any trouble reading most of your poem, however the second stanza for me seemed to not exactly follow the flow of the rest of the poem. The rhythm was smooth and enjoyable in most places.

Laughter comes in so many forms
from a cackle to a guffaw.
It helps to warm the coldest heart
and causes thickest ice to thaw. The coldest heart it warms
