It's been a pleasure to review your story "Invalid Item"  on behalf of "The WDC Angel Army" 
You have written a very good piece of poem about grandmother, Your poem reminds me my grandmother. I can relate to it. I really liked the way you put out your feelings. I appreciate the simplicity. You have good rhyming. I like the lines

"It is true to me and everyone around,
That it's now the end, and we wait in fear
Of that one day we will come to find,
That this person is no longer with us here."

I enjoyed your poem.
