Hi there, Paul.
This is a pretty unique take on that prompt sentence, but it didn't turn out too bad.
The idea of the FBI checking on Mr. Engle about a possible smuggling situation isn't too far-fetched, and you did a nice job with the dialogue. You also went into some detail about this would be arranged as well, which isn't easy to do with a limited word count like this. But the ending seemed a bit anti-climactic, if you know what I mean.
Still, it was an enjoyable piece.
