Aloha, Kaz!
This is a nice look at yourself from last year and what/how you want to improve on it, and I'm with you on all these points!
I've been doing these 'Dear Me' letters for the last 4 or 5 years, and every once in a while I'll go back and read them again, only to find out I haven't changed anything! In fact, I just read one the other day, and I almost started banging my head against the wall! *Headbang* *Headbang* *Headbang*
There! I did it, at least figuratively, but it didn't help much...
I'm glad you're setting these goals for yourself, Kaz. I don't know how old you are, but I'll turn 55 in June of this year, and I'm no spring chicken anymore. I need to exercise more, but most importantly, I need to quit smoking!
Sorry, I digress. This ain't about me, it's about you! One more *Headbang* for that!

Kee ponw ritin gon, and welcome back to WdC! All the way back in 2000, eh? Why'd you leave, if it's any of my business?
Anyway, I'm glad you're back! I don't know how long you've been gone, but things have changed a lot just since I've been here (2011). My first suggestion, as I'm sure you know, would be to get your bio set up so we could know a little more about you, but that's up to you of course!
