This is pretty good! And I love the way you told it as a seafaring world traveler and using all that foreign mumbo jumbo language! I could actually understand what you were saying! *Laugh*
But I really don't mean that as a joke cuz it made the story seem more real. I like how you used that prompt, and that would indeed be 'the game that must not be played'.
Is that a Kenny Rogers or a Charlie Daniels song I hear playing in the background? *Laugh*
Great spelling and grammar (and prose!)! The ending was a little sudden, but with these 500 word FFs, what are you gonna do?
