General Comments:

I took a look at the prompt that you wrote this for and you did a good job with that. Good luck in the contest!

Technical Stuff:

Altering the font between speakers may help some readers differentiate between the characters. That being said, I could tell who was saying what based solely on the content.

“Okay, Momma, What is it?”
What does not to be capitalized here since it is mid-sentence.

“Momma, I don’t want to make grandma sick or you so I will try to remember to wear my mask.
A comma is needed after the word you.

Conclusion:

You're doing very well, Marvilla. Keep writing.
