This short poem does get the mind going. Whether a rose or heaven, the truth is that all things that are valuable take effort to achieve. Picking a rose means to be careful not get pricked. Hopefully, going to heaven requires more than just a little repenting.

I like how you added the large picture of a rose to illustrate the poem. The form of the poem is also pleasing with the two times three lines. It's enough to make the point, but also so short that it can't be overlooked or forgotten.
