Camping at La Salle State Recreation Area in October, 2023
A few pictures of our October camping adventure. We hiked to the top of a hill with a big meadow and let the dogs explore while we enjoyed the view of the fall colors. Then we hiked back down and stopped at Lake La Salle. The photos don't do justice to the awesome colors across the lake or the reflections in the rippling water. After we returned to Camp Bagoo (I'll have to do a blog entry explaining the name) we started a fire and cooked dinner while enjoying a brilliant autumn sunset.
