In this digitized age, if you still receive paper greeting cards, do you save them?

My parents and aunts still send me gorgeous birthday cards. Although I enjoy them, I never know what to do after reading them. My mom has a box full of her favorites she's received over the years.

My life is minimalized, so I find a spot where I can see them every day and wait for the guilt of throwing them away to subside.
