Majestic mountains majesty
Cloudless blue skies
A lifetime spent listening
To the perpetuating
Series
Of endless sweet lies

Like chocolate fondue
Truth hidden; Truth sugar coated
In sweet lies

Till death do we part?

Tick
Tock
Time illuminates,
For those who can hear,
From
Fairy tales
To the morbid horrors of
The Brothers Grimm,
We’ve all been raised
On a consistent diet of
Sweet lies
