Dear Charlie,

Thank you for the letters. I want you to know that I am proud that you decided to write to me. I understand the need to talk to someone and just have him or her listen without trying to tell you what he or she think you should do. I am happy to read whatever you want to write to me, but I want you to know that as long as we learn from our experiences and don't be ruled by them then you will be free. To be able to understand your problems and work through them is the best way to get through any thing. You should never let what happened to you bring you down. You should rise above it and become a better person. I know it was hard and it will possible get harder, but just remember a downward slide has to even out eventually. I am happy that you are doing better and I think that you can go far with whatever you want to achieve. Remember dreams can always come true as long as you want them to come true. With out the will to succeed you will never over come your past. Don't let what happened to you then affect who you are now. Just know that whenever you want someone to write to I am always willing to get your letter. No matter what I want you to know that I will always be a willing reader. Good luck.
