It's about an abused child writing to her mother...
Dear Mommy,

When you made my eyes go black and blue,
when the spots on my body were a funny hue,
What did I do?

When you should at me, "Damn you!"
When you say I'm so screwed,
What did I do?

When you shove my face into warm dog doo,
When you make me eat shampoo,
What did I do?

When you pinch me in the pew,
When "Don't spare the rod," you spew.
What did I do?

Is God mad at me too?
Is this the way He made you?
Or, Mommy, did someone hurt you too?
