How do we deal with sin in our lives?

She has so much to tell him
And yet they have nothing to say
Doesn't it seem a waste of time
To stare in the opposite direction of your feelings?

If she confesses her sins
Will it make her whole again?
Or will he simply turn her away
As every other man has done before.

She finally uncovers her face
Knees to the floor
Candlelight flickering all around him.
Could she say the pain on her mind?

She cries out "I have sinned."
There is no response as if the room is empty.
She sobs "Will you turn me away like the others?"
Stillness crosses the room.

She looks up at him with remorse
A calmness drifts over her.
She knows he has forgiven her without saying a word,
She knows she is free from the debts of hell.

Walking out of the sanctuary, a life now made whole
Until her next falter
