Time doesent wait for love; love needs to be on time.
For Once Forget.

Resplendent in her evening gown,
Her presence soulfully Divine.
Sheds my embrace leaving behind,
The scent of tear drops, sex and wine.

I shiver in her absence,
And feel a fever start to break.
I search for something real to hold,
But there’s nothing left to fake.

I lie awake in bed, alone,
And burn the day’s last cigarette.
The untouched pillow tells a tale,
I wish I could for once forget.

I dream of times when we were young,
Innocent and never spent,
A love that bloomed ten years too soon,
A love that came, a love that went.
