life is a long journey.
Summer has come and passed,
Sixteen years have gone so fast.
Still, she is unsatisfied and nothing but pride,
Does not now where to find the real her inside.
Making her way downtown
Walking through this endless rain,
She always feels the same.
She knows for sure nobody knows what she's feeling.
Been lost in space,
Nobody sees her face,
And when she cries,
Her tears were hid by the droplets of cold rain
Which tenderly lessens her sadness and pains.

Of all the years she has grown up,
It does not make any difference.
Still an ugly worm who crawls on the ground.
A tiny creation no one hears her sound.
Everybody seems to look at her.
It is a great deed for them to define her.
And all she can do is to cry in silence.
Every little step that she makes,
She knows that the world is so unfair.
In her life, nobody comes to care.

Hearing a lot of foolish lies,
Receiving billions of pretend smiles,
Someday, the world will turn around.
Washing away the confusions on her mind.
She has the faith to stand straight,
She has the will inside,
It is written on her eyes.
Everyone who flies up above her,
Has no idea what will be done.
She got the character and she paid the price.
The whole world will know who she really is.
She's now a butterfly who is free to fly.
Every single tear that she dried,
Had taught her how to lose her selfish pride.
So now, she finally touched the sky.
And then you will look back,
And you won’t believe,
That the ugly worm you tend to walk on
Is now the most beautiful creation
In the eyes of her Creator.
