innocence of first love/ being scared of the future
Wakes to the sound of rocks hitting glass
Steps onto the cold hard floor and pulls back the curtains
Moonlight embraces her and washes over the room
Looks down and sees him in the pouring rain
Never been a more beautiful sound
As the one of her name coming out of his mouth
Runds down the stairs and the back door
Hold her in his arms as they dance to the music of the storm
The sun waking up and he kisses her good morning
The whole world is right and time stands still

~~~~~~
Know that girl with black rivers flowing from her eyes?
Leave her to sleep, she's probably dreaming to die
The worlds to scary, and she's too afraid
Waits to meet the Earth where she will be laid
She use to be so strong
But that girl is long gone
Wishes replaced with liquor
And with every cut she's getting sicker
Sex with boys she barely knows
Everyday takes her to new lows
Dying may be the way out
Too many shattered dreams to even count
She's going to bed tonight
It's not a pretty sight
Little black rivers down her cheeks
And on her arms are little red creeks
Don't wake her, tomorrows another lie
Trust me, tonight shes ready to say goodbye
