The Mystery Bug
So here I am accessing this from a public kiosk. It has been a while, not that I have forgotten about writing, but I have been moving about.I am now about a thousand miles from where I was, and have not been enjoying the change.I moved with six suitcases.Have now gotten a typewriter, a 1952 Royal KMM or KMG and have recently found a source for ribbons.Thrilling.I don't know what got into me.It only cost $14.00. I guess I just couldn't resist.Hard on the wrists though. All the other books in my reference library are history.Though I did pick up Dean R.Koontz book on writing genre fiction.I have also been reading a lot of Ross MacDonald and Ed McBain ( that's the mystery bug,)and wondering what I'm doing in this location. It has taken awhile to build things back up from my There's not much more to say at this point other then I've been gathering a lot of germs of ideas and such.Eventually, hopfully within the month I will have a computer, which will be very nice.Hope to be back soon.
