I couldn't build a fence if I tried
No Fences

We live now
in the next lost civilization,
Stonehenges all around us,
fixed cardinal patterns,
north, south, east, west.
Let's be done with mending fences
and journey without borders.
Our brains become light,
magical objects,
knitting connections,
fusing generous possibilities,
abolishing ethnic,
religious,
racial,
hostilities.
Frost's prime directive:
no fences.
Healing global homesickness,
no more either/or,
not this or that,
only,
and
and
and.
