Being apart from your love, longing to touch.
It was only a dream last night
Of sparkling stars and cool breezes
Quite night on the back porch

The warmth of skin
The sent of pine
Bundled together on a swing

All the things that tell me
I am home
And I am loved by this woman

Gentle hands that glide across my chest
The feeling of peace
The touch my soul burns to feel

As I wake from my slumber
I count the days till again
I can feel that touch I know so well
