I think this poem speaks for itself at this point in my life. It was up from here.
JUST ME

It really hurts to lose someone, to know they are not there
You have an empty feeling and realize it's just not fair
Not fair you didn't know them or who they were to be
Not fair to take a chance to feel like they were free

Did they like a rainy day or just to see the sun?
Did they like to see the snow or wish for spring to come?
Did they like the beach to go along the shore and walk
And listen to the waves as they hit against the rock?

Or go and look up to the sky on a warm and starry night
And wish upon a falling star before it's out of sight
Yes, it really hurts to lose someone so many years ago
Someone so very lost, someone I'd like to know

I know you sit and wonder who could this person be
The one I lost so long ago, that someone was just me
